• Dispatch services (where applicable)

Unique Giant Logistics, LLC is a non-asset-based freight brokerage and does not own transportation equipment unless otherwise stated.

3. Use of Website

5. Carrier Responsibilities

• Maintain active FMCSA authority
• Maintain required insurance coverage
• Operate in compliance with DOT regulations
• Safely transport freight
• Provide timely delivery updates
• Notify immediately of delays, damages, or incidents

Carriers are independent contractors and not employees of Unique Giant Logistics, LLC.

6. Dispatch Services

• Dispatch services are administrative only
• Dispatch services do not assume responsibility for freight
• Dispatch fees may apply as agreed in dispatch agreements
• Dispatch services do not create an employment relationship

7. Freight Charges and Payment Terms

• Net payment terms (e.g., Net 15, Net 30)
• Prepaid shipments when credit is unfavorable
• Late payment fees may apply
• Additional charges may apply for detention, layover, or reconsignment

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, collection actions, or legal enforcement.

8. Rate Confirmations

All shipments are governed by written Rate Confirmations, which may include shipment details, freight rates, payment terms, special instructions, and accessorial charges. Once accepted, Rate Confirmations are legally binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

Unique Giant Logistics, LLC acts solely as a broker. We are not liable for:

• Loss or damage caused by motor carriers
• Acts of God
• Weather-related delays
• Traffic conditions
• Mechanical failures
• Government actions
• Improper packaging by shipper

Carrier liability is governed by applicable transportation laws.

10. Cargo Claims

All cargo claims must be submitted in writing, include supporting documentation, be filed within required time limits, and follow applicable carrier claim procedures. Unique Giant Logistics, LLC will assist in coordinating claim processing but is not responsible for payment of claims unless required by law.

11. Insurance Requirements

• Minimum $1,000,000 Auto Liability
• Minimum $100,000 Cargo Insurance
• Any additional required coverage

Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.

12. Prohibited Shipments

• Illegal goods
• Hazardous materials without proper documentation
• Controlled substances
• Explosives or restricted materials
• Fraudulent shipments

We reserve the right to refuse any shipment.

13. Website Information Accuracy

14. Intellectual Property
